The majority of our fresh chicken come from the Suffolk area, a great poultry rearing land.

From here we are supplied with the whole birds which we cut into portions (drummers, supreme, thighs etc) or just sell whole and whilst there, we pop up the road and pick up our Gressingham ducks and duck breast. As we said, great poultry lands.

From our French colleagues we are supplied with corn fed chicken, guinea fowl and of course the Magret duck - breast and legs.

And, of course, the once a year treat which is now an available option 52 weeks a year….Turkey mainly sold off the bone in breast or breast and thigh joints or for escalope’s, stewing or mincing. A very lean healthy option!!
