Our Beef comes from carefully selected producers and farmers across the UK and Ireland.

Our minimum matured 21 day roasts on the bone come from farms around the Bowland forests, our prime Scottish sirloins come from Stoddarts of Ayr and forequarter and topside meats come across the sea from Liffey meats, just outside Dublin and probably the No 1 Beef producer in the whole of Ireland.
We are also supplied by local farms in Hampshire and Berkshire ... Reducing our carbon footprint.
