Our Beef, purchased on the bone, comes from the local independent abattoir of P.C.Turner, Farnborough, Hampshire.

We have dealt with them for many years and the Beef that they supply, drawn from a select group of farmers in the Hamsphire, Berkshire & Surrey areas, is of a superb quality and consistency.

We also supply aged Beef from the Bowland Forest on the English – Scottish Borders. The Beef is only sold when it has matured for at least 21 days.
